Hello Lhuťáci!
It will start in a few days and we are glad that you signed up for the next year of LHUT - MČR Ultra Sky 2024 and MČR SkyRace 2024. You must have trained hard to complete the entire race, enjoy the steep climbs, technical runs, but also the atmosphere of the race itself . For the smooth running of the whole event, we are sending some organizational information.
Presentation
The presentation of the competitors will take place in the premises of the Kam hotel in Malenovice - GPS of the premises: 49.5743658374974, 18.412506476713062 on Friday, June 7, 2024, from 4 to 9 p.m. In exceptional cases, registration for the Sky route is possible on Saturday, June 8, 2024, from 6:15 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. Please do not postpone your presentation until Saturday morning, but use the opportunity to present yourself already during Friday. You need a valid ID card or other identification card to present.
You will receive a start package with trinkets from race partners, with a chip and start number. The starting number must be placed on the front of the upper part of the clothing during the race.
The luggage storage is located directly in the main event building. Export of backpacks or bags to LH will not be possible.
Snack bar - special mode
Only competitors with start numbers are allowed to enter the area of the refreshment station, without exception. Unfortunately, we cannot allow support to prepare refreshments for competitors from the resources of the refreshment station. According to the rules, support is only allowed on LH within 100 meters of the refreshment stand.

16.00 – 21.00 start of the Ultra + Sky presentation.

Race route
We will publish the route on the website in the route description tab just before the race. Both a classic image map and a file used for navigation, for example in a smart watch, will be available. We recommend that you first save the file to your PC or Mac, then import the route in the program you are using and then send it to your smart watch.
Parking
The capacity of parking spaces at the Kam hotel is limited (80 spaces). It is possible to park in the immediate vicinity of the complex at the Pension Rajská bouda (67 parking spaces)
GPS Parking Rajská bouda: 49.5747217N, 18.4039036E. On the day of the race, please respect the instructions of the marshals who will guide you to a suitable parking spot. In a tight parking will be available near the site for a fee of 100 CZK/day. Do not park in areas other than those marked. Cars parked along the main road will be towed. Insurance
We recommend that you take out individual insurance for this type of sports activities. The organizer does not provide insurance.
Pre-race briefing
A briefing for the competitors with information about the Ultra Trail track and the current weather will take place in the area on Friday, June 7, 2024 at 21.00
For the SkyRace track, this information will be communicated on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at 9.30 before the start of the race.
We recommend attending the briefing. It will convey key information necessary for movement and safety on the track.
We trust that you understand the above rules and will follow them as much as possible. You will thus help us manage the entire event without major complications and together we will enjoy this holiday of our sport.
